Michelle is Co-Owner/Operator of Slabtown Barbershop and Portland Native. Experienced with ALL hair types, she will get you looking right. Comfort and hospitality are important to her, and you will feel that while in her chair. Whether you want to chat or sit back and relax, Michelle will accommodate to the experience that makes you feel most comfortable. If you are down to chat, Michelle loves the outdoors and visiting new places. Outside the shop, she is an avid reader and rock/mineral collector who also enjoys playing video games and spending quality time with her family.
Jamie Grimes

Jamie is a Co-Owner/Operator of Slabtown Barbershop. Licensed since 2015, she knows just how to walk you through the haircut process. She enjoys big transformation cuts, wheather you want to look clean cut or tastefully scummy she has you covered. When you sit in Jamie’s red chair, get ready for good cuts and conversations. To pass the time, talk to her about plants, podcasts, old school punk rock or even her opinion on the Phoenix lights.
Lastacia Sharpe
Lastacia (Pronounced La-Stay-Sha)
is a top notch barber and well versed in all types of hair textures, styles and cuts. If your goal is to change your look, maintain your style or fix an old cut, she will make sure you walk out looking sharp. She is a great shave barber and performs an excellent hot towel shave or deluxe beard trim. Known in the shop as a master conversationalist, you will really enjoy your time in her chair.

Mariah Vanvoorhis
Mariah's passion for barbering began with her need to be creative. After high school, Mariah went straight into barber school. Licensed since 2015, mariah is experienced and very talented in ALL hair types and has an eye for detail. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she enjoys cooking and watching the latest Netflix series.
Olivia Mick
Olivia is a life-long resident of the PNW who has been cutting since 2014. She is a passionate barber who has perfected the traditional services. Olivia has spent the years focusing on making her cutting style fluid, no matter what your hair type is, Olivia will work with you to give your hair the best results possible. When not working, Olivia spends her time watching documentaries, enjoying road trips to the coast, hiking our beautiful forests and taking care of her many rare plants. In Olivia’s chair, you can be sure you will always have great conversation and consistent quality in cuts and services.
Saffron / Kimberly Householder
A licensed Barber/Stylist since 2007, I have mastered my craft. My extreme attention to detail and experience with all hair types and behavior gives me the ability to tailor a cut & style that is specific to your needs and will look great at all stages of grow out. Beard maintenance and straight razor shaves are a strength and passion. I aim to make people look and feel their best. When you sit in my chair I will give you the time and respect you deserve. My goal is to cultivate a connection, not just a transaction. As a person with many interests and hobbies in my colorful life we are bound to find many topics to chat about.
